Customer Description
  • As a global kids play group in Korea, it has over 300 domestic and 20 overseas indoor playgrounds and large indoor playgrounds at the level of sports theme parks in places where sufficient space is secured.
Customer Objectives
  • We are going to install a kiosk for issuing tickets for members through an indoor playground member-only app.
  • It was hoped that registered members would be able to accumulate a certain portion of the ticket purchase price as points and apply benefits such as birthday coupons.
  • We wanted to be able to quickly and conveniently guide customers through the kiosk in order to minimize the waiting line for customers.
Challenges
  • It is necessary to have a hardware specification that can be processed by applying both point accumulation and membership benefits during the self-ticket issuance process.
  • Separately from the receipt for the ticket issuance, an admission sticker that can be attached to clothes should be printed out for children.
Solutions
  • A high-end CPU is applied so that points and benefits can be calculated during the ticket issuance process.
  • In addition to the receipt issuance printer, an admission ticket sticker issuance printer was additionally installed.
Results and Benefits
  • It was possible to efficiently process business by reducing the information counter work from issuing admission tickets and attaching admission stickers at the store.
