QUESTION & ANSWER

Boot speed is slow due to Microsoft .NET Framework.

- Take the following actions.

After clicking Administrative Tools in Control Panel, check the Services section and select “Microsoft .NET Framework NGENv4.0.30319_X86”.

Click Stop and apply.

After rebooting Windows, check whether there are any abnormalities.

- NET Framework is uninstalled and reinstalled.

POS System Troubleshooting – Network Issues

  • Check if hub or switch is working correctly
  • Check RJ45 cable connection
  • Check if LAN LEDs are on/off
  • Reinstall LAN card

  • Install the latest version touch screen software.
